1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, sales events, or festivals, order processing may take additional time.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India through our trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a refund if payment has already been made.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 7–15 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or orders above a specified value.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email and/or SMS.

  • Tracking details and courier information.

Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking number.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products and locations.

Future Gadgets India reserves the right to restrict or disable COD services for certain products, pin codes, or customers based on operational requirements.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact our customer support team.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

  • Appropriate resolutions, including replacement or refund (where applicable), will be provided after verification.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Future Gadgets India shall not be liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, contact numbers, or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.

  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Provide your order number and supporting evidence.

Claims submitted after the specified period may not be eligible for review.

10. Delivery Acceptance

Upon delivery, customers are responsible for checking the package condition before accepting it.

Acceptance of delivery confirms that the package was received in satisfactory condition unless reported otherwise within the specified timeframe.

11. Compliance with Indian Consumer Laws

This Shipping Policy is intended to comply with applicable Indian consumer protection and e-commerce regulations, including relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
